On Pro and Enterprise tiers HubSpot requires onboarding — satisfied either by paying HubSpot's fee and self-onboarding, or by onboarding through a Solutions Partner (which usually waives the fee). Starter has no mandatory onboarding.
- Is partner onboarding faster than HubSpot's?
Usually yes, because we do the configuration for you instead of coaching you through it. Most single-Hub onboardings are live in 2-3 weeks.
- Which Hubs do you onboard?
Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs, individually or together, on Pro and Enterprise tiers.
