Migration
Pardot to HubSpot Marketing Hub — done in 4 weeks
Pardot (now Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) is dated, expensive, and increasingly hard to staff. HubSpot Marketing Hub is the obvious replacement.
Pardot-to-HubSpot is similar to Marketo-to-HubSpot but with Salesforce-specific quirks: Pardot's tight Salesforce coupling means the migration has to consider what replaces the Pardot ↔ Salesforce bridge. Typically: Pardot retired, HubSpot Marketing Hub installed, HubSpot ↔ Salesforce native sync replaces Pardot.

FAQ
- When is the Pardot end-of-life?
Salesforce has signalled long-term commitment but no investment in modernizing it. Most teams move because the product hasn't kept pace with HubSpot's marketing depth, not because of EOL.
- Will we lose our Pardot Engagement Studio programs?
We rebuild active programs as HubSpot Workflows. Inactive/dormant programs are documented and archived. Historical engagement data preserved as contact activity.
- Do we keep Salesforce?
Usually yes during the Pardot migration — the goal is replacing Pardot, not Salesforce. Salesforce migration is a separate conversation later.
