• Will we lose Close's call recordings?
  Recordings stay in Close (we preserve the URL on the migrated activity record). New calls in HubSpot use HubSpot's calling features or an integrated dialer.
• What about Close's auto-dialer?
  HubSpot has built-in calling on Sales Hub Pro/Enterprise. For higher-volume outbound, we integrate Aircall, Orum, or JustCall.
• Will SMS work post-migration?
  Yes — via HubSpot's SMS (newer, beta-quality) or via Twilio integration. We scope which approach fits your volume during the migration.
