- Isn't HubSpot just for SMB?
Not anymore. HubSpot Enterprise + Operations Hub Enterprise is genuinely enterprise-capable. Where it falls short: 5000+ seat deployments, deeply bespoke industry workflows, public-sector compliance.
- We're on Salesforce and it's painful. Should we migrate?
Audit first. Most Salesforce pain is configuration debt, not Salesforce itself. Half the audits we do find that fixing the existing setup is cheaper than migrating.
- Does HubSpot have anything like Salesforce Einstein?
Yes — HubSpot Breeze AI covers the equivalent feature set. Included in HubSpot Pro+ vs Einstein's separate add-on pricing.
- What about Marketing Cloud vs Marketing Hub?
Marketing Hub is conceptually simpler and an order of magnitude faster to ship. Marketing Cloud has more bespoke capability for very-large multi-brand enterprises.
