HubSpot for Real Estate
HubSpot for real estate teams and brokerages
Real estate CRM has unusual constraints: speed-to-lead in seconds, geographic + agent routing, transaction-shaped pipelines. HubSpot does it cleanly when configured right.
Most real estate HubSpot setups break for the same three reasons: lead routing isn't fast enough, the pipeline models a sales funnel instead of a transaction, and the integrations with MLS / listings / showings systems are bolted on without owning the data. We build HubSpot for residential and commercial brokerages, real estate teams, and proptech companies that need real CRM (not a watered-down speciality tool).

FAQ
- Can HubSpot replace BoldTrail / Follow Up Boss?
Functionally yes; commercially depends. If you're getting >70% of CRM use from non-real-estate features (marketing, service, content), HubSpot is more capable per dollar. If you're 90% agent-facing routing + transactional, real-estate-specific tools may be better per dollar.
- Does HubSpot integrate with our MLS?
Not natively. We build a custom integration via RETS or Spark API depending on your local MLS access. Typically a 2-week Third-Party Integration.
- How do you handle commission tracking?
Custom Objects (Commissions) associated with Deals + Contacts. Reporting rolls up to the agent-level and brokerage-level dashboards.
