Maven AGI is a Series B AI customer service platform. Their RevOps team was small relative to the operational complexity of running a HubSpot portal across sales, marketing, and customer success. We built a Monthly Retainer engagement structured around two parallel tracks: tactical via Slack channel, and strategic via weekly planning.
