- Do I own the infrastructure?
- Yes. Domains, mailboxes, outreach accounts, campaign assets and CRM configuration are created under your ownership wherever technically possible.
- Which outreach platform should I use?
- We can help you choose between Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or HeyReach based on sending volume, team structure and whether you need email-only or LinkedIn outreach.
- Are software costs included?
- No. Domains, mailbox licenses, outreach tools and third-party data subscriptions are paid directly by the client.
- Do you write the campaigns?
- Campaign creation is included in Outbound Launch and GTM Engine. Infrastructure Launch is intended for teams that already have their own targeting and messaging.
- Can you build LinkedIn + Email outreach?
- Yes. LinkedIn + Email is available as a $750 add-on to Outbound Launch and included in GTM Engine.
- Can you integrate it with HubSpot?
- Yes. HubSpot integration is included in Outbound Launch and GTM Engine. Exact sync capabilities depend on the selected outreach platform and HubSpot subscription.
- How many emails can we send?
- We configure about 5 mailboxes per domain and 15–30 emails per mailbox per day after warmup. That is roughly 225–450 emails/day on Infrastructure Launch (15 mailboxes), 375–750/day on Outbound Launch (25 mailboxes), and 750–1,500/day on GTM Engine (50 mailboxes). Volume ramps during warmup and depends on deliverability.
- How long does setup take?
- Most implementations take approximately 5–15 business days depending on package and complexity. Mailbox warmup may continue after implementation before full sending volume is reached.
- Do you guarantee meetings?
- No. We build and optimize the outbound system. Results depend on targeting, offer, messaging, market and sales execution.
