Is it really free? What's the catch?

No catch. The 30-minute call is free because most teams that book leave with a clear next step — sometimes that's hiring us, often it's a self-serve fix we just hand you. We'd rather give you 30 minutes of honest senior advice than sit on a sales pipeline of half-qualified leads.

Who actually shows up to the call?

Accepted Answer

A senior operator with 8+ years in HubSpot and revenue ops — the same person who'd own your engagement if we worked together. Never an SDR, never an account manager, never a junior shadowing.

Question 3

Do I need to share my HubSpot portal?

Accepted Answer

It makes the call 10× more useful, but it isn't required. If you can grant a temporary view-only user (we'll send instructions in the confirmation email), we'll walk through your actual setup live. Otherwise we work from your description plus screenshots.

Question 4

What if I'm just exploring and not ready to buy anything?

Accepted Answer

Perfect — that's most of the calls we take. We've built the practice on giving honest takes whether or not it leads to work this quarter. If there's no fit, we'll tell you and point you at the right resource (or competitor).

Question 5

What happens after the call?

Accepted Answer

You'll get a one-page recap by end of next business day: the prioritized fix list we agreed on, plus a fixed-price SOW if you asked for one. No follow-up sequences, no automated nurture — if you want to talk again, just reply to the recap email.
