It's month-to-month with no lock-in. You can scale your plan up or down, or cancel with 30 days' notice — no annual commitment and no cancellation penalty. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in a contract.

What counts as a "support hour"?

Anything that moves your HubSpot forward: building workflows and reports, cleaning data, fixing broken automations, standing up integrations, training your team, or planning what's next. Your dedicated operator tracks hours transparently and you always see where they went.

Question 3

Who actually does the work?

Accepted Answer

A senior HubSpot operator — typically 8+ years in HubSpot and revenue operations — owns your account end to end, backed by specialists for data, integrations, AI and design when a task calls for it. No juniors learning on your portal, no account-manager telephone.

Question 4

What if I don't use all my hours in a month?

Accepted Answer

Plans are sized to a realistic monthly workload so you're not over-buying. Hours are scoped to the month rather than banked indefinitely, but if your needs are lumpy we'll right-size your plan or point you to a one-off engagement instead. We'll always tell you the cheapest way to get what you need.

Almost always. Most plans start by auditing what's there, keeping what works, and rebuilding what's holding you back — clean data, sane automation and reporting your team will actually trust — then we keep it healthy month after month.

How fast can we start seeing results?

Your operator is assigned within a couple of business days and we aim for a visible win in the first 30 days — a fixed report, a working automation, a cleaner database. Bigger builds are planned across your first few sprints so momentum never stalls.
